We aim to empower whanau to live independently in their homes and communities while adhering to the Nga Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards: NZS 8134:2021.The RoleAs the HCSS Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that care and interventions for our clients are delivered efficiently and in accordance with our policies and funding obligations.
