Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position) The NelsonMarlborough Holidays Act Compliance Programme (NM HAC Programme) wasestablished to rectify the NM payroll system (Leader), the NM Time andAttendance system (Actor) and payroll processes and policies to ensurecompliance with the Holidays Act 2003. This includes changes to the way staff take leave, are paid, employmentcontracts and rostering processes and also rectification of non-compliantprocesses and systems as identified in the previous Holidays Act ComplianceAudit (HAC Audit). Reporting to the LeadRemediation Officer, the Remediation Officer will be responsible for : Providing payroll expertise to the HolidaysAct Programme team Analyse payroll data to identify dataanomalies Look up payroll and personnel information torespond to data queries Validate outputs and test compliant pay modelsfrom the remediation vendor Carry out testing to ensure system compliance Complete data cleansing activities as requiredor directed by the Lead Remediation OfficerKo wai he kaitono totika?
