Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)
We are looking for two energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the peak season. Ideally, candidates will have a background in hospitality or sales, particularly in accommodation. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, and, above all, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
As the reception is the heart of our park, we seek a star performer who can effectively promote our offerings and represent our business. Previous sales experience is a plus, as you will help guests discover local tourism activities.
To thrive in this role, you must be skilled in managing your time, delivering results under pressure, and completing daily tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating reservations
Managing office operations
Handling laundry and cleaning
Cash handling
Making coffee
Ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience
We operate on a rotating roster with 9-hour shifts from 9am to 6pm, working 3 days on and 3 days off. Weekend and holiday availability is essential. This is a fixed-term position from early December through the end of February.
