Holiday Park Assistants

We are looking for Park Assistants (couples preferred) to join our team at a holiday park in the beautiful Western Bay of Plenty. In this role, you will focus on cleaning and maintaining the park's facilities and grounds, while providing excellent customer service to our guests. Ideally, we seek candidates who can start mid-November and commit for a minimum of four months. Please note that no holidays can be taken from mid-December to mid-February due to the high season.Key Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day operations of the holiday park, including cleaning accommodations and facilities.Perform property maintenance and groundskeeping tasks, including pool upkeep.Assist with customer service tasks, such as managing bookings and addressing guest inquiries.Help with administrative tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:Experience in customer service.Skills in property maintenance and groundskeeping.Must have a reasonable level of fitness for manual labor.Administrative abilities.A capacity to work both independently and in a team.Reliability and a willingness to learn.Requirements:Availability to commit to this position for at least four months.Shifts include weekends and public holidays, with rostered hours between 8 AM and 9 PM.A current New Zealand driver's license.The right to work in New Zealand.Ideally, applicants should have their own accommodation in Katikati or nearby, though on-site living may be available for the right candidates.If you're interested, please respond to this job ad with a cover letter outlining your experience, potential start date, and the duration of your commitment.
