If you are looking for a position with variety and are happy to learn new skills working indoors and outdoors in a great team, then this is the job for you!Our team of Holiday Park Assistants work together as needed. Some excel in housekeeping/laundry, others in grounds, or reception. We've got space for all.Responsibilities:What tasks are there? Anything that maintains the park at a proud level of presentation and service for the guests' delight and staff satisfaction.Daily needs could include any combination of the following:Cleaning:Cleaning and presentation to a high level in accommodation units / communal bathrooms and kitchen facilities.RestockingIn-house LaundryMeticulous processing of laundry where attention to detail is key, playing a crucial role in preparing units to an exceptional standard.Unit stripping and rubbish removalProcessing of linenDrying and foldingIroningGrounds:Day to day minor repairs and maintenance, focusing on exceptional presentation, with some repair work as required.Mowing lawnsTrimming bushes/lawnsMaintenanceRubbish runs - Ability to reverse a trailerReception:Computer literacy, guest reservation experience, local knowledge, and activity sales.Checking guests in/outSelling local activitiesOnline bookingsAll Positions:We're a fun team in the heart of town, focused on ensuring our guests have the best stay and experience possible.Chatting with guestsFeeding ducklingsGeneral tidinessProviding an exceptional guest experienceAnd lots more along the way as needed.Benefits:Free WifiTeam gatherings/eventsRewards for sustainable initiatives that get implementedFormer experience in Holiday Parks is not required but is an advantage.
