The business is on a growth journey and relies heavily on its on-the-ground contractors to deliver its service promise to owners and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow your own portfolio of holiday homesPreparing properties for a seamless guest stayProvide or arrange cleaning services in a timely manner and to the high standards required by BachcareProvide support to guests during their stay where required. You are the eyes & ears on the ground!Ensure guest and owner experience exceeds all expectationsDevelop and maintain a strong working relationship with property ownersKey RequirementsMust be based/live in the area or its surroundings (15kms)Must have a full NZ driver license and own a car.
