The business is on a growth journey and relies heavily on its on-the-ground contractors to deliver its service promise to owners and guests. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow your own portfolio of holiday homesPreparing properties for a seamless guest stayProvide or arrange cleaning services in a timely manner and to the high standards required by BachcareProvide support to guests during their stay where required. You are the eyes & ears on the ground!Ensure guest and owner experience exceeds all expectationsDevelop and maintain a strong working relationship with property ownersKey RequirementsMust be based/live in the area or its surroundings (within 15km)Must have a full NZ driver license and own a car. You also must have a computer, internet access, and mobile phoneBe flexible to provide services during weekends, school and public holidaysExceptional verbal and written communicationGreat attention to detail and excellent project / time management skillsThe ability to problem-solve, think on your feet, work autonomously, and take ownership of servicesA team playerLoads of drive to succeedBe willing to roll your sleeves up and get the job done while being courteous, caring, and outgoing with a can-do attitude Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
