We seek an experienced New Zealand registered teacher, who is dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative and passionate, to lead our food technology / hospitality department.
The successful applicant will have experience in teaching food and nutrition and/or hospitality at junior and senior levels.
Our food technology space consists of a modern commercial grade kitchen with barista facilities along with a dedicated food technology assistant.
This is an opportunity to lead a well-resourced and growing area of our school. We are a PB4L Restorative School and a willingness to be involved in extra-curricular activities will be an advantage.
Dargaville is on Northland's west coast and abounds with beaches and opportunities that lead to a wide range of outdoor pursuits.
A school house is available.
There is a possibility of this being a job share position.
