Hiring For Excavator Operators To Work In Newzealand

Tasks include (but are not limited to): Operate heavy machinery (including backhoes, bulldozers, rollers, and graders) to dig, transfer, and load soil, rock, debris, and rubble from one place to another. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety. Follow all Health and Safety and compliance procedures and report accordingly. Choose, fit, and remove attachments including buckets, scoops, blades, and rock breaking hammers to excavate, move, and load earth, rubble, dirt, and other materials. Safely operate machinery by adjusting manual and hydraulic controls to regulate force, pace, and flow. Consult and work with other construction, building, and industry professionals to successfully complete a job. Requirements: Must have worked in different street environments, not just bulk earthworks. Must have experience of digging up footpaths while avoiding cables. Overseas experience. Proven experience and understanding of Health and Safety and the hazards of operating on construction sites. A good level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role. Able to pass a drug test. A solution-focused attitude, with strong forward planning and adaptability. Must have a good level of spoken and written English. Good customer relations skills, remaining calm and controlled even under pressure. Please Note: Excavator operators have a work to residence pathway.
