Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Generator Hire and Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our generator hire and sales division, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of QPower.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for generator hire and sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to sale and generator support.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue.
Operations Management:
Manage the generator hire process, including logistics, scheduling, and maintenance.
Ensure the availability of equipment and timely delivery to clients.
Work closely with the Branch Manager and Service team to optimise efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in generator hire and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the power generation industry and related equipment.
