High Volume Barista

We are a busy cafè located in beautiful Russell in the Bay of Islands. During summer, we experience a huge influx of local and international tourists. We are looking for an experienced barista capable of producing high-quality coffee at high volumes. On busy days, we can send out over 400 coffees, and our reputation is based on the quality of that coffee.
We use and sell locally roasted Tohora coffee and operate a 3 group La Marzocco machine. The job is days only, so you will have your nights free to enjoy the beautiful local beaches. The applicant would be expected to work until the end of January as a minimum.
