The Role
As a key member of the field delivery team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of the network.
With a background in field management and delivery, you'll lead major network upgrades, future projects, and network planning.
Working for an asset owner, you will play a central role in upcoming network upgrades, including distribution and renewable energy projects, to support the growing demand.
About You
Utilising your experience in the high-voltage industry, this role could see you coming from an array of field-oriented positions e.g.
Line Mechanic, Cable Jointer or Faultsman.
You will have extensive experience across network maintenance, along with exposure to team management/leadership.
Furthermore, you will have:

Experience supervising apprentices and managing all field operations
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and build new industry connections
Solid understanding of health and safety operations and protocols
Experience in managing external contractors and working with site management teams
