Hiab Operator - Truck Driver 6X4

Road Transport (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeWe are a Manukau City based company and we have an exciting opportunity for a competent, skilled, well-presented, motivated class 4 driver and crane operator.At Wiri Timber, we specialise in the manufacture of residential wall frames and roof trusses, as well as general building supplies to the trade and public.
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience, excellent customer service skills, and be an individual who takes care of their vehicle and understands how to handle building materials for a safe and successful delivery to site.The ideal candidate for this role would meet the following criteria:Able to confidently and safely operate either a 2017 8 wheeler FUSO Shogun with a rear mounted PK26002 crane with remote or a 2020 Hino 500 6X4 truck with a rear mounted PK22002EH crane with remote;Have experience in the delivery of all building materials, including wall frames and roof trusses;Having your Trailer license is not necessary but would be advantageous;Possess a calm, friendly, team player attitude;Excellent communication and customer service skills;Have a strong Health and Safety focus.
