You'll equip our team members with the skills and strategies to become trusted advisors and excel in their roles through tailored training, coaching, and development programmes.The role has a national focus, with regular travel around the country required. This will include overnight stays.Your key responsibilities will include:Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and deliver the L&D framework for Herd Improvement.Design and implement an effective coaching strategy aligned with the wider Learning & Development Strategy.Create and execute individual coaching plans for team members, enhancing their understanding and application of herd improvement principles.Continuously expand your technical expertise and knowledge through on-the-job training and personal development, gaining insights into NZ farming systems and LIC's role in enhancing the dairy industry.About You:You have a strong background in the agri-sector with a deep understanding of herd improvement principles and dairy farming. You recognise the unique challenges and opportunities our farmers face and can engage effectively with stakeholders across the dairy industry.Coaching is one of your strengths; you have a proven track record of delivering effective coaching that drives performance improvements and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
