Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

Pay Rate: AUD$42-50 per hour
Overtime, superannuation 11.5%
We currently have an exciting position for an experienced Large Truck Mechanic to join the team in metropolitan Sydney, NSW of a major national transport business.
The Role:
You will be based in a workshop environment as well as go on-site as required for call-outs. Every day will provide new challenges as you will be responsible for advanced repair and maintenance work on a fleet of late model Scania trucks.
Working to deadlines, you will find yourself in a supportive environment with other highly skilled Heavy Vehicle Technicians.
To be successful in this role you will require:

Minimum of 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
Trade recognized qualifications as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
Exposure to Scania trucks or European late models
Comfortable with the use of diagnostic tools
Excellent English language skills

The Pay:
You will be offered a great opportunity starting with the base rate of AUD$42 – 50 per hour plus plenty of overtime and 11.5% superannuation. (Average pays with overtime approx. AUD$110-120k per annum). Uniforms will be provided.
Relocation Assistance: New Zealand citizens do not require a work visa; however, if you are from another country, a business-sponsored work visa will be offered to the successful applicant.
