Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our team based in Bell Block, New Plymouth.Responsibilities:Diagnosing and repairing heavy vehiclesConducting routine maintenance and safety inspectionsMaintaining accurate service records and documenting all repairsCommunicating effectively with the rest of the team and customersStaying up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologiesRequirements:Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsA relevant qualification or relevant industry experience (essential)Sound knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systemsGood time management and the ability to prioritise – this is a very busy roleClass 5, Forklift & WTR Licences preferred but not essential – support for obtaining these licences is providedIf you are a skilled Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic looking for a new challenge and a variety of interesting work, we want to hear from you.
