The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will have tractor diagnostic and repair experience.QualificationsEquipment Maintenance, Equipment Repair, and Vehicle Maintenance skillsExperience in troubleshooting heavy equipmentStrong technical skills in heavy equipment mechanicsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCertification or training in heavy equipment maintenanceExcellent problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skillsAdditional RequirementsCandidate will have NZ working rights, no sponsorship.Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week and be able to start work in 2 weeks.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.Must be able to send a CV.The role offers a very good hourly rate with a company vehicle.
