Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Workshop Manager

About youBe A-grade trade-qualified and have a verified history of working on heavy machinery.Be able to oversee and sign off Apprenticeship employees.Have a full/clean New Zealand Drivers Licence and ideally class 4/5.Be eligible to work in New Zealand.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills.A self-starter able to work autonomously as well as in a team.Maintenance, repair, and improvement of key plant and equipment.Diagnosing and repairing various trucks and trailers, heavy loaders, excavators, and forklifts.Ideally immediate start.What we offerA competitive remuneration package that reflects your qualifications and skills.Work vehicle, work phone.Family-owned business since 1973.New modern workshop.A secure stable work environment and a great team to work with.Variety of different machinery to work with.Permanent Monday to Friday and must be willing to put in extra work when required.
