Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Our well know Southland client is looking for a Qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their Mobile Equipment Workshop. The Mobile Equipment Workshop is accountable for providing vehicle maintenance and breakdowns for their site's heavy industrial equipment that operates 24/7. About the role: Based just out of Invercargill this role is a great opportunity to join a tight knit team working 7am-5pm with a shift rotation of 8 days on / 6 days off. General Maintenance tasks Identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance Ability to carry out preventive maintenance Undertakes post maintenance equipment commissioning and clean up Our client is a leader in safe work practices and the benchmark for industrial sites. For this role you will be required to pass a pre - employment drug test and full medical examination.
