Our client is a National Award-winning Master Builder specialising in building healthy, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient new homes across New Zealand. They build all types of buildings from low-cost high-performance homes to architecturally designed new homes.
About the Role They are seeking a self-driven and motivated successful New Homes Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or a Builder who wants to get off the tools, or you are just interested in developing a property development career. You will need to be confident in creating and building relationships with a wide variety of people.
The role will involve taking on your own territory and managing your own marketing and sales plans and activity. The role can also involve managing your own build projects from start to finish.
You will be well-trained in our sales processes and systems to offer healthy, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient new homes.

About the Company The company was founded in 2007 and has built homes with a focus on creating healthy, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient homes. They have achieved industry recognition by winning many national Master Builders Association House of the Year awards for building quality and sustainability.
They use a proprietary system that includes natural materials that are better for the environment to help them achieve greater energy efficiency in place of using toxic materials and plastics within the home.
Many builders claim to be building 'eco-friendly' or 'Healthy Homes'. However, my client only uses proven products and processes to deliver eco-friendly performance, low energy consumption, and improve air quality by reducing toxins and managing humidity.
Here's what we need from you: Proven track record in a sales role with at least 3 years ideally new home sales or similar experience.
Experience building homes would be ideal.
You will be an energetic and positive person with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people from all backgrounds.
A great attitude and attention to detail.
Display sound judgment, integrity, and self-motivation to succeed.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
You will have good computer skills with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, or Word.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency.
Preference will be given to applicants with a track record of sales success, especially with New Home Sales.
