Previous security experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate, and training leading to nationally recognised security qualifications will be provided.Our primary role is 'Healthcare' - Looking after our patients. Secondary to that is 'Security' - Keeping everyone safe.As part of our busy security team, you will be involved in a number of different duties such as:Routine patrolsDiffusing tense situations before they escalateEnsuring the overall security of our people and buildings.You will be a peacemaker, a confident communicator and display kindness and helpfulness while remaining firm and alert.
