Southern Cross North Harbour Hospital Healthcare Assistant

Southern Cross North Harbour Hospital is the only private surgical in-patient hospital on Auckland's North Shore. North Harbour Hospital has 8 Operating Rooms, a 14 bed Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, a modern well-equipped day stay facility unit and a 70-bed ward which includes a 4 bed intermediate care facility (ICF).
Surgical specialities include General Surgery, Gynaecology, Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Urology, Orthopaedic surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Urology, Otolaryngology and Robotic Surgery.
In addition to the hospital, the broader North Shore campus is also home to a purpose-built endoscopy suite, on-site cardiology services, cancer care, pharmacy, sports medicine, radiology and more.
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Ward team. This is a full-time position.
Our Healthcare Assistants have a high level of patient/whanau interaction; this role is an integral part of our service. You will work as part of a tight-knit multi-disciplinary team offering support and assistance to the Inpatient team nurses. Interviews will take place in January 2025.
