The roleWe are looking for a full-time Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team at Duart in Havelock North, Hastings.What you'll be doing:Providing exceptional personal care for our residents, under the guidance of a Registered NurseBuilding rapport with residents, staff, and visitorsFollowing our company policies and procedures to create a safe environment for our residents.What you'll bring:A minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position or similarGreat people skills with empathy for the elderly and their familiesGood written and verbal communication skillsA kind and caring natureFlexible multitasking and time management skills.Job Details:Weekly roster includes weekends and possible night shifts.Why Work at OceaniaAt Oceania, our people are the driving force behind our purpose to reimagine retirement and aged care living in New Zealand.
