We currently have a permanent part time position (24 hours per week) available for a Health Safety and Quality Management Coordinator in our Auckland, NZ office.
The successful applicant will need to possess a comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental national regulations.
Specific tasks include: Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly.Support corporate HSE and QM policy and procedure deployment.Assist in developing and monitoring a set of HSE and QM KPIs, reporting back monthly and quarterly.Provide training and mentoring in corporate HSE standards and expectations to site Management.Coordinate and submit all HSE and QMM reports.Coordinate and approve all CPS self-assessment maturity audits.Ensure HSE team has required competencies to support the activities, policies, and KPIs.Development and implementation of a risk reduction programme for BRNZ.Ensure ongoing compliance against ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) for DCNZ.Ensure compliance to the Service & Sales HSE Management Plan 2023 – NZ.Assist in investigating and actioning accidents, incidents, near misses, or hazards.Requirements: Familiarity and understanding with Procedures and Work Instructions relevant to the position.Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Sound understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to employment.Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, developing, and implementing new strategies and procedures.
