This dynamic role involves working directly with the CEO and being the cornerstone of their health and safety efforts.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a strong track record of developing, implementing, and reviewing health and safety policies and procedures, and you can inspire others to follow them. Your meticulous nature ensures regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits are conducted thoroughly, identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing delivery of impactful training programs and effectively convey health and safety policies to all employees and contractors. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to investigate incidents, analyse health and safety data, and identify trends to implement preventative measures.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software, and you continuously seek to implement new technologies and practices to enhance health and safety performance. You can manage multiple tasks and work independently, ensuring the safety of our diverse properties and operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification in Health and Safety Level 4 or above, or a related field is desirable, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
