You will have a strong track record of:
Developing, implementing, and reviewing health and safety policies and procedures.
Inspiring others to follow them.
Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits thoroughly.
Identifying potential hazards and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Delivering impactful training programs and effectively conveying health and safety policies to all employees and contractors.
Investigating incidents and analysing health and safety data to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
Using Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software, while continuously seeking to implement new technologies and practices to enhance health and safety performance.
Managing multiple tasks and working independently to ensure the safety of diverse properties and operations.
tohu me te wheako/ Qualifications and Experience
A qualification in Health and Safety Level 4 or above, or a related field is desirable, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
