With six branches nationwide, we ensure compliance with health, fire, and insurance requirements, delivering high-quality ducting, hood, and filter cleaning services.The Role:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead and audit the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety policies and programmes across our business. Your time will be split between working in the field (often at heights) and working from Head Office.Key Responsibilities:Document Control: Manage health and safety processes, including pre-qualifications, risk assessments, and client-specific documentation.Policy Development & Implementation: Regularly review and update health and safety policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and legally compliant.Onsite Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections at various sites to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. This includes physical inspections at heights, such as roof anchor points and roof access, and conducting drills.Incident & Accident Management: Report and investigate health and safety incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken in conjunction with other H&S stakeholders.Induction, Training & Development: Ensure all staff receive appropriate site-specific induction training and maintain training records. Conduct training audits and in-house evaluations.
