About the role As our Health and Safety Manager you will be working closely with the broader team and our delivery partners to embed our H&S framework with the goal of ensuring everyone stays safe at work. No one day is the same, and as a small company we all work together to get things done – that means you'll need to be the type of person who is comfortable juggling lots of different tasks at once! Here is a snapshot of what you'll be involved in: Working with our teams to bring Health and Safety to life in their daily roles Engaging with our delivery partners to ensure H&S is embedded in their ways of working Implementing core H&S systems Managing H&S operational and Board reporting Running our audit and inspection programme, including undertaking your own audits and; Incident management and reporting But there is so much more! What you will bring to the role We are a little company with big plans! You'll need to bring a can-do attitude as we have lots to do. Because we're a small team every person shapes our culture so your energy and willingness to 'muck in' is critical. In return you'll have an opportunity to work right across the organisation, our customers and our partners. You will be able to demonstrate your previous experience working in a Health and Safety advisor or management role where you have implemented core H&S frameworks and systems. You will be a safe pair of hands that instils confidence, knows H&S legislation and company responsibilities and can articulate these in plain English. We're looking for someone that can hit the ground running at an operational level. An understanding of telecommunications or infrastructure will be advantageous.
