The Health & Safety Lead will be a pivotal role in the implementation of our improvement programme and will work to build strong relationships across the organisation and increase the capability of our People Leaders. You'll ensure our people have the right information, knowledge and data to inform decisions and manage risk and you'll make sure we remain compliant with legislative requirements. You will provide expert advice and support in all health and safety matters.In addition to the Health & Safety Lead role we also have opportunities for part-time, fixed term Health and Safety Business Partners to assist the Health and Safety Lead in the implementation of our new strategy.Ko wai koe | About youThe Health & Safety Lead reports to the Manager People & Capability so if you are applying for this role you'll be joining a fun, supportive and friendly team.
