We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to lead our HSEQ team and deliver best practice solutions and advice to our company, clients and employees.
This is an exciting hands-on senior role in which you will have significant scope to influence and drive safety within our company. We are looking for someone who will be a champion for safety, wellbeing, quality and environmental management across all companies in the Dialog Fitzroy Group.
The HSEQ Manager will partner with the business to enhance and develop a proactive, safety and quality focused culture across our various business functions.
This role is based in New Plymouth however some travel will be required within NZ and Australia to our various site and project locations.

You will need to demonstrate the following key skills and competencies: A minimum of 7 years' experience working in the field of health, safety and environment A relevant HSE tertiary qualification and ICAM training Experience in Leading ISO and other quality Audits Proven ability to lead, organise, influence and motivate your team and also across all sections of an organisation Previous experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of HSEQ management systems Experience with international standards (e.g. ISO 18001/45001) and internal and external auditing Working knowledge of the HSWA Act 2015 including ACC and injury management. Preferable experience of Australian HSE legislation Highly effective written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills in coaching and mentoring Applicants must have a valid NZ work visa.
