Part time role supporting the HSW and HR teams in ensuring a safe work environment, manage health programmes, and provide key admin support.Mo te tuka | The roleSeeking applications for a dedicated professional to provide administrative support to our onsite Health & Safety team.
You will be based in our vibrant HR department and will assist in providing a comprehensive range of support services to enhance our return-to-work programme, annual health monitoring and health & safety processes.Some tasks of the role include:Ensure the H&S Work Programme is in place and being actively managed.Support employees and assist managers with rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.Plan, implement and manage annual Health Monitoring programme and staff Influenza Vaccination programme.General H&S support as required.This is a permanent part time role working 20 hours per week (0.53 FTE) to be worked between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm, based at our Lincoln Campus.
