Health, Safety And Wellbeing Manager

Are you passionate about creating safe, supportive workplaces? We're looking for an experienced hands-on Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to lead our HSW initiatives and foster a positive safety culture across our organisation.
As the HSW Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HSW policies, conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and building a strong safety and wellbeing culture. Working closely with our management teams, you'll ensure compliance and deliver essential training, support, and expertise on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
This is a varied role that spans 23 hospitality businesses; you will work closely with management and health and safety reps across the organisation.
This position is 30 hours per week, with flexibility to discuss preferred working days and hours.
