This role is essential for maintaining a high standard of health and safety across the business and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Manager, the Health and Safety Advisor will provide specialist health and safety guidance to both management and employees. The role will focus on compliance, incident investigation, risk management, and fostering a culture of safety first.A competitive remuneration package is on offer, and the opportunity provides flexibility for the ideal candidate. As a part-time position, work days can be negotiated to suit the right applicant.Key Responsibilities:Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and ACC requirements. Lead audits, develop WHS systems, and provide safety training.Incident Management & Investigation: Lead investigations for incidents, report findings to senior management, and recommend disciplinary actions or training where necessary.Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage workplace hazards.Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents, near misses, and safety audits to relevant regulatory bodies and senior management.Staff Training: Organize and deliver health and safety training programs to ensure all employees understand and comply with workplace safety requirements.About You:At T Croft Ltd, team fit is essential.
