The Role The role involves effectively running the day-to-day health & fitness centre reception, warmly greeting guests, and undertaking administration tasks whilst also leading and delivering swim lessons by holding a relevant swim instructor qualification.
The role handles class and PT bookings, ensuring a tailored made experience is delivered.
The ideal candidate is an individual seeking to develop their career within the health & fitness industry, and ideally already a qualified swim instructor or working towards their qualification which we can assist with.
We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end bespoke guest experience.
This is a full time, permanent role.
Success Profile Relevant swim instructor qualification desirable (we can assist with qualification if needed)Proven experience as a swim instructor desirablePassionate about health and wellbeingDemonstrates enthusiasm and a positive outlook to work and fitnessExcellent communication skills, coupled with a "can do" attitudeStrong administration skills, coupled with ability to multitaskHigh level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skillsWell presented, professional and polite alwaysAbility to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team playerMust be available to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shiftsMy Millbrook We believe our people are our greatest assets, and love rewarding our hard-working team members.
