As a key member of the Wellness Support Team, you will work closely with operational and clinical leads to enhance service delivery and ensure excellence in vocational training.
Your Responsibilities: Referral Coordination: Manage and coordinate referrals for the ACC Sensitive Claims service, ensuring timely and effective support for patients and track and manage ACC claiming.Training Support: Coordinate the delivery of the accredited Health Coach training programme by providing organisational support and ensuring seamless training processes.Collaboration: Foster a patient-centred approach while optimising efficiency and service quality.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an innovative, equity-driven service while gaining valuable experience in primary mental health care. What You'll Bring: Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences) – or current students close to completing their degree.Experience: Ideally, some experience working with Maori, Pacific, or Asian communities.Coordination or administrative experience, preferably within healthcare or social services.Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.A proactive, empathetic, and flexible approach to challenges.Knowledge: Familiarity with primary and/or mental health care systems (advantageous).Who Are We?
