Tuwharetoa Health is a kaupapa Maori health services provider that delivers whanau centred services in the Turangi, Taupo and Mangakino communities. Our vision is to improve the health of all who reside in the rohe of Ngati Tuwharetoa and we are guided by the values of Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga and Huhuatanga.We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, organised, and caring practitioner who is focused on working alongside whanau who may be experiencing complex challenges and issues that are affecting their overall health and wellbeing.As a Health Coach you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals, groups, and whanau towards a healthier and more balanced life. In this role, you will provide services that empower whanau to make informed decisions about their well-being.
