We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Assistant to join our valued healthcare team at Tauranga Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an exceptional team where you will be offering high-quality support services to patients and families.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will work under the direction of our highly motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic nursing team to deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients in hospital. Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive quality care to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible support throughout their healthcare journey.
This is a permanent part-time role with 0.8FTE (32 hours a week). You will need to be available for rostered shifts which are scheduled from Monday to Sunday.
As per the Nursing NZNO MECA, the salary range for this position is $60,100 - $70,358 (Steps 1 -5).

Ideally you will have a Level 4 Health Care Assistant qualification or equivalent, or be prepared to undertake the relevant training.
