The Role
You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home.
You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.
Hours: Permanent, part time position; 4 days on, 4 days off roster: weekdays 0700-1230hrs (5hrs/day); weekends 0700-1300hrs (5.5hrs/day)

About You
The ideal applicant will:
Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient
Work well in a team
Enjoy working alongside older people
Be physically fit and strong
Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour
Experience in an aged care environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
