The Ideal candidate will work under the direction and delegation of a registered nurse and assist patients to meet their activities of daily living, comforts and safety needs. It have a ability to perform delegated patientcare duties to enhance the satisfaction of the patient and housekeeping duties to provide a clean and tidy organization environment. This part-time position offers a salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 per year. Candidate is responsible for providing high quality care to the patients. For this position, candidate have ability to work with in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities for Health care assistant: Candidate is responsible for assist patients with activities of daily living. Ensure patient comfort and safety. Ability to provide quality care to patient within the hospital. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requirements for Health care assistant: Candidate must have ability to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment and handle various tasks. It must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with patients and their families. Full- training and ongoing support will be provided to the team and staff members.
