The role of the HCA is to assist Regulated Clinical Health Professionals in providing care that is safe, economical, and of the highest quality possible, to maintain a high standard of environmental cleanliness, and to assist with non-nursing duties associated with patient care.

The salary will be within the range from Step 1 ($60,100) to Step 5 ($70,358)as per the "Health Care Assistants Salary Scale".
