Part-time & full-time roles available! Looking for multiple talented HCA's to join the team! Our Emergency Department is one of the busiest in Australasia and delivers quality patient and family focused emergency and acute care for adult and paediatric patients.

It is a fast-paced environment and integrates patient care using appropriate support services and multi-disciplinary teams.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care to all of our patients. Health Care Assistants are our Registered Nurses' right hand people.

Assisting them with day-to-day tasks of caring for our patients, this is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to our vision of delivering quality patient care.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be required to work under the delegation of a Registered Nurse to provide assistance to patients, ensuring consistent high quality care is received.

You will need to be a motivated team player who willingly contributes to a positive working environment and have the ability to work in a complex and ever changing environment.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a Healthcare Support Certificate (level 4) or was an overseas Registered Nurse.

Preference is given to candidates that have worked in an acute ward or acute clinical area within a large hospital. We will also consider mental health experience.
