We are a leader in WHS & HR consultancy.In this role, you'll be a vital part of our safety team.
You will be visiting existing clients and conducting preliminary compliance checks.
You will use your commercial and technical skills to engage with business owners around their needs, making recommendations to ensure they understand their WHS obligations.With a comfortable base and generous commission structure, this is an opportunity to use your WHS knowledge, help small businesses, and really be the master of your own destiny.What will you do?Travelling to SME sites every day to assess their current HSW documents and practices to identify gaps and demonstrate how the Peninsula service can resolve these.Building relationships and establishing yourself as the subject matter expert for all things HSW to our clients.The right person will have:12 months experience working within a health and safety environment.Qualifications in health and safety.Strong knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Full, unrestricted New Zealand driving license.Why You'll Love Working Here:We believe everyone has the capacity to be better every day.
