Sound like something you want to be a part of?We're on the lookout for a hands-on, collaborative Health and Safety specialist to support our field teams and operational managers in implementing H&S processes that ensure compliance across a range of activities, including civil construction, roadside maintenance, ecological restoration, grounds amenity maintenance, turf installation, and traffic management. Providing practical, operationally-focused H&S advice you'll need to connect with people at all levels, driving safety culture through collaboration and engagement.In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same! Working across various sites you will be responsible for:Assisting and supporting operational roles in conducting regular toolbox and/or health and safety meetings in each site across all divisionsIdentifying, solving, and implementing health and safety objectives and embedding the use of health and safety processes and proceduresManaging the investigations for incidents and near missesWhat We're Looking For:Practical, operational H&S expertise - we need someone who knows how to work with our processes and systems and embeds the safety culture with our people.Ability to motivate and inspire safety outcomes across the business.Confident communicator and natural collaborator who can connect and engage with our team at all levels of the business.What's in it for you?
