Working closely with the Health and Safety Manager, this is a role is a critical part of the team.The key responsibilities of the role include:Helping to drive a safety centered culture, based on Alliance's Health and Safety strategy and plant operational requirements.Facilitating the collection, interpretation and presentation of safety data, trend identification and generate safety reports, statistics and analysis of safety data.Providing ongoing support for employee absence management, reasons and ACC/Non-Work-related ACC absences as well as return to work plansProduce insightful, relevant, and timely reports within relevant timeframes, and standards that meet requirements and enhance the understanding of the Health and Safety ManagerBe the point of contact for Health and Safety Representatives including facilitating and coordinating monthly meetings.Site point of contact for Risk ManagerOther duties as required.Nga painga - what's in it for you?We are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
