The Advisor will work closely with branch managers and administrative staff to ensure the effectiveness of our Health and Safety system and promote a consistent approach throughout the group.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all Health & Safety functions across the Design Windows Group.Collaborate with H&S administrative team and branch managers to ensure the effectiveness of our H&S system.Organise and run monthly H&S team meetings.Compile monthly H&S reports for branch managers.Monitor the internal H&S system (Bware) to ensure all branches complete critical tasks and accurately record evidence.Maintain up-to-date risk registers across the group.Review accident investigations and risk assessments.Conduct internal audits across branches to ensure safe work practices and recommend improvements as needed.Ensure Group Policies, H&S manuals, and training records are kept current.Stay informed about H&S legislative requirements.Knowledge, skills, and experience: We are looking for someone who has:Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry standardsDemonstrated experience in health and safetyConfidence to engage with various levels of the organisation across multiple site locations.A proactive attitude toward health and safety.A friendly and approachable manner with a "can do" attitude.The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in data entry and office administration.Why Join Us?Flexibility to maintain a work-life balanceA supportive work environment that values safety and collaboration.How to Apply: If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you would be a great fit, please submit your CV and a cover letter to ******.
