They are also the first demolition organization to be Green Star accredited, showcasing their commitment to the environment and their team.About the RoleReporting to the Health and Safety Senior Management team and working with site leaders, you will set the safety tone and ensure the delivery of safe practices in demolition projects. We seek a genuine influencer who is pragmatic and adept at finding solutions. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder whose impact will last even after they leave the site, ensuring workers are committed to safe practices.The key to this role is driving a positive safety culture, and promoting a safe environment for all workers, subcontractors, and other personnel through monitoring, support, advice, and risk mitigation in line with best practice initiatives.This role is a mix of field and office work and requires some travel, so you must be able to operate independently and confidently.
