Nga korero mo te turanga – About the role We are looking for a health, fitness and wellbeing enthusiast who is results driven and customer focused to complement our UniRec management team.
This managerial role will require excellent leadership skills to continue growing and managing the business of fitness & wellbeing within our busy facility.
Salary will be in the range of $82,795 to $94,691 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

You will have experience in a supervisory role with the ability to develop, manage and motivate a team.
You will be client focused with a commitment to high levels of service with the ability to build and maintain constructive and collegial relationships and a willingness to work collaboratively.
As a trainer, coach and motivator you will inspire individuals through your expert knowledge in the sports, health, or exercise science industry.
As a role model you will demonstrate this through quality exercise prescription and exceptional service delivery, with the ability to instil these standards in your team.
With a tertiary qualification in Sports and/or an Exercise Science related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the health & fitness industry, ability to implement and manage systems supported by excellent communication and computer skills.
