We represent the voices of customers and communities to ensure AT keeps them at the heart of all it does, sharing and amplifying great stories to effect change and grow understanding.
We are looking for two new leadership roles, a Head of Major Programmes Communications & Engagement and a Head of Strategic Programmes Communications and Engagement, to join us at an exciting time, as we embark on a renewed focus of listening and responding to our communities to deliver our biggest capital programme ever!
These are key roles providing strategic communications and engagement leadership to forecast, manage and oversee successful delivery of large projects and priority programmes for AT.
As a senior Communications and Engagement team member you will have successfully delivered large scale projects or programmes within communities. You will juggle multiple internal clients and work with a range of senior internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities and identify and manage risk.

These are complex, high-profile programmes that are critical to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Auckland's transport network and the quality and reliability of public transport. Supporting these roles requires a consistently high level of strategic advice, planning and communications and engagement delivery.
