Are you able to inspire, motivate and support teachers to continually improve teaching and learning?
Are you able to lead and support others in working towards a shared strategic vision of the Kindergarten Association?
Are you a leader who is culturally responsive in ensuring tamariki and whanau are provided with equitable opportunities to learn?
About this role Avon Kindergarten is at the southern end of Stratford. It has a large outdoor environment with a wonderful rural outlook and views of Mounga Taranaki. Avon Kindergarten has established community relationships that support positive outcomes for Tamariki.
