About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher ready to step into a leadership role as Head Teacher in our Under two's area,. In this full-time position (40 hours per week), you will mentor and support your team, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning throughout our environment. You will guide your team in their professional growth, fostering a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere that aligns with our values of whanaungatanga, trust, and respect. B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
